SCOPE OF WORK

Performed an ASHRAE Level II audit to determine optimal energy conservation measures. Delivered an energy conservation plan:

  • Phase I; implemented energy data tracking monitors throughout building allowing for the proper identification of the top energy consumers;
  • Phase II; analyzed energy data and developed recommendations for appropriate energy conservation measures;
  • Phase III; prepared and applied for incentive dollars on behalf of the client.

PROJECT OUTCOME

  • Client installed two 4000 MBH building heat condensing boilers at 96% efficiency, removing and replacing the two original units
  • Performed LED lighting change out
  • Installed energy management technology
