Our Process

From the first assessment to the final implementation, we’re committed to making your energy strategy work seamlessly for you. We’re more than just service providers—we’re your partners, working hand-in-hand to bring your energy goals to fruition with a supportive approach.

We will schedule a call or in-person meeting to learn more about your business and your energy goals. An intake sheet will be provided to you before the meeting so that we can understand and collect basic information about your building and site. We will then take your entries and use them as a guide in our discussion about your current state of affairs and what touch upon your energy goals; and see how Globelé will be able to assist in bringing those goals to fruition.

As a follow-up to the discovery call, Globelé will need to gather additional information in regards to the building. We will need basic information related to the building that includes but is not limited to; Property Cards, Site Drawings, MEP Drawings, and Energy bills (Electricity, Gas, Water, Oil, and Propane). This will allow us to go through and identify any anomalies prior to our site visit.
