Kristilee LaHaye
President/Energy Manager
Kristilee began her career with Globelé Energy in its first year in business in 2009. She has over 17 years experience in energy consulting and works with nearly 100 utilities across the U.S. on both the supplier and broker side of retail energy. Kristilee works in various roles within the company from operations to managing large scale energy efficiency projects. She has come to be a well-respected resource by her peers in the energy industry. Specializing in a combined approach to both energy efficiency and energy purchasing she focuses on creating a customized solution to suit each client’s unique needs. She enjoys serving as a consumer advocate ensuring that owners and executives are not misinformed. All while addressing energy as it relates to their business. Kristilee is accredited by the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Energy Professional. She is admired and well respected by her employees and fosters an excellent working atmosphere that allows everyone to grow and succeed.
Briana Burt
Lead Administrator/Pricing Coordinator
Briana joined Globelé Energy in 2021 as an administrative assistant. She quickly found her passion for Energy and Procurement and is now our Lead Administrator and Pricing Coordinator. She quickly found her footing in this abnormal market and serves as not only our pricing desk but also as a growing market analyzer. Briana has worked over the past 4 years to deeply understand the market in order to help serve all of our customers' needs. Along with running the pricing desk Briana also is knowledgable with many aspects of the commercial energy and gas market. She has worked with customers on electricity savings analyses, sales tax reimbursements, and understanding commercial electricity agreements. Briana graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Arts and Sciences. She is motivated to assist businesses in finding a budget friendly solution for any market.

Founded in 2009, Globelé Energy was established with a singular purpose: to help commercial, industrial, and institutional organizations make smarter energy decisions that strengthen both operational performance and financial outcomes.
In 2019, the company entered a new chapter under the leadership of owner and Certified Energy Professional (CEP) Kristilee LaHaye, a longtime energy industry professional with a passion for helping organizations navigate the increasingly complex energy landscape. Recognizing that energy has evolved from a utility expense into a strategic business consideration, Globelé expanded its role beyond traditional consulting to become a trusted energy advisor and advocate for its clients.
Today, Globelé Energy serves as an extension of our clients' leadership teams, helping them align energy strategy with business objectives. We work closely with executives, facility managers, property owners, and financial decision-makers to understand their operational requirements, capital planning priorities, and long-term goals. From energy procurement and efficiency initiatives to distributed generation, incentives, and sustainability planning, we provide the expertise and guidance needed to make informed, financially sound decisions.
